Hey everyone! As promised, here is part two of the upcoming cozy games releasing this month! I still can’t believe how many amazing looking games are coming out, including one that I’ve already tried the demo for and am so excited to buy. I hope y’all have had a great month of new cozy gaming thus far, but it’s going to get so much better! Also, if you prefer playing with friends, check out my other post here where I talk about a few multiplayer games that came out this month. Now, here are the rest of the single-player cozy games on Steam releasing in May!
Tales of Seikyu (Early Access)

I played Tales of Seikyu a few months ago and it is an absolute must-buy for me! It is by far the game I am looking forward to the most out of all of the single-player cozy games on Steam releasing this month. Learn more about this beautiful, Japanese folklore inspired game in my previous post here.
Release date: May 21
Witchy Business (Demo)

In Witchy Business, you can run your very own shop to create all the witchy things. So far, I only know that you can create potions for your customers, but I’m sure there’s many more items that you can put up for sale! Your days involve more than just shopkeeping; you can also forage for flowers, weave rituals, find inner peace through meditation, and explore the swamp for unique potion ingredients. Most importantly, a witch game wouldn’t be complete without your own pet cat! This single-player cozy game doesn’t have a specific release date on Steam yet, so stay tuned!
Demo release date: May 23
Planned release date: Q3 2025
Kabuto Park

Kabuto Park is a cute bug collection game that is perfect for those that are VERY afraid of bugs, like myself hahaha. No need to turn on the “arachnophobia” setting for this game either because thankfully, there are no spiders at all whatsoever! This game is expected to only have about 2 to 4 hours of playtime full of bug collecting and tiny sumo fights with all the bugs you end up accumulating. If you’d like to try it before you buy it, especially since it’s a short game, the demo is available now.
Release date: May 28
Fable Hospital

Lastly, we have Fable Hospital! This game really reminds me of management games similar to Hotel Architect and Two Point Museum. However, this game brings something new to the management genre because it involves caring for creatures that are straight out of the fables a lot of us grew up reading about. Like most management games, you’ll have the ability to build your medieval hospital as well as be in charge of gathering resources to run it too.
